HOW DO WE USE THE COA QUESTIONNAIRES?

Stakeholder questionnaires are used by COA Peer Reviewers to learn how key stakeholders perceive your organisation and experience its services.

You will be asked to distribute these questionnaires to stakeholders 6 months prior to your scheduled site visit date. Complete instructions for distributing the questionnaires and sample cover letters to accompany the questionnaires can be found below.
